LAWSON, William (Bill) Donald On December 9, 2012, Bill, loving husband, father,
grandfather and friend, passed away peacefully with his family by his side at the age
of 65 years. He is survived by his wife Barbara, daughter Tanya (Jeff), son Jason (Nicole), grandchildren Caitlin, Madeline, James, Paige, Martin, and sisters Marilyn, Joy (Jim)
and Barbara (Gord). Bill retired as Sergeant from the RCMP after 28 years of service.
He continued his career with Police Services for the Province of BC for another 10 years.
His joys in life were coaching/managing minor hockey, x-country skiing, gardening, car
detailing and travelling any opportunity he could, Hawaii being a favourite spot of his.
Special thanks to all the staff at Fleetwood Place Care Facility where Bill spent his final years.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Friday, December 14 at 1 p.m. at Victory Memorial
